Flat Teddy has gone home! After a stint in New South Wales, he and his creator Frances have returned to Tasmania and settled in the picturesque Northern Midlands, along with her husband, Simon and children Lachlan and Catriona.   Lachie was presented with a Flat Teddy when he was four months old and took to it with a passion! Being small, light and flat, Flat Teddy could be cuddled and wrestled with when Lachie was at the stage of lying on his back and kicking. The devotion has continued, with Flat Teddy being the signal it's bed-time, a comfort in strange places and an alternative to a pacifier.   Frances and Simon were so impressed with this little sheepskin bear that they travelled interstate to buy the business and bring it home. So far, all young children (and parents!) have had the same reaction to Flat Teddy.   Flat Teddy is made from high quality, plush Australian sheepskin, with eyes and nose fixed with safety washers.   He (or She!) comes in a range of colours, including butterscotch, smoke, light grey, white, chocolate and pink.   His eyes range from golden to blue, amber and emerald green.   We recommend Flat Teddy as the perfect gift for newborns and babies, who will love searching for his little face amongst his wool.   Lachie's Flat Teddy is now 5 years old and remains a devoted companion - if a little flatter and battered with love.
